Fisheries

Verulam Angling is proud of the diversity and quality of it's private fisheries. We offer everything from big carp (to over 40lb), barbel to 17lb, bream to 20lb, roach to 3lb and many more great specimens. Our 'home' waters; Riverside Rd, Frogmore, Moor Mill and Smallford offer great sport for anglers of all ages and experience. And, along with great fishing we work hard to make sure that the waters and the surroundings look good as well with many of our waters a haven for wildlife.

All our waters are maintained through regular working parties to ensure they offer the safe and comfortable fishing with nearly half of the club's annual income investing in improvements and restocking.

The club holds a special fisheries acquisition fund and will be pleased to consider offers of suitable waters for lease or purchase.
